Growth and Change Mental Health PLLC is credentialed with multiple insurance companies, but is also able to accept self-pay patients, as well.

Insurances we can currently accept: Oscar, United Healthcare, Oxford, Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Anthem, and Cigna.

***We are unable to accept Medicaid and Medicare at this time***

Self Pay Rates:

Adult or Adolescent Intake (over age 13): $295 (90 minutes)

Child (age 12 and below): $375 (two 60 minute appointments)

All Follow-Up Appointments: $165 (30 minutes)
